This was for a headlight bulb fix, even though the shop was BUSY... all went well !!

I dropped my car off; went across the street for a bagel; and after about 20 minutes, I received a phone call from Bobby's that my car was smogged and ready.Perfect service.Thank you.

I have not been to Bobby's Pit Stop in a year or so, but returning yesterday for a smog visit for a car that I am selling convinced me that I needed to start bringing my car back in again regularly for service. Not only did Bobby's complete the smog in record time and with the utmost professionalism and friendliness, but Bobby himself provided me a detailed estimate (upon a last-minute request from me) for some service items that have needed to be done for quite awhile. This is not a list at Bobby's shop generated as is typical with many shops trying to drum up business. Instead, this is work that I know needs to be done on the car. Best yet, his prices were about 40% less than a local competitor. I am in the process of selling two cars, and am going to be sure to recommend that the buyers seriously consider using Bobby's pitstop for all their service needs.

Great effort on the rear suspension!! Found us a MORE economical solution to the problem!The A/C was corrected promptly (once the correct part came in!)and at a reasonable price!!

Bobby's is awesome. Honest folk, fair prices....and just all around nice guys. Just go, you will not be disappointed. (I have gone to Bobby's for some 15 years).

Great honest staff. Started going to Bobby's Pit Stop when they were in Capitola. They know their stuff, fix what is needed and explain what they are doing. One of the best auto repair shops in the area.
