John--accommodating and friendly as ever--fit me into a very busy schedule at my request due to some pressing commitments on my end. The shop dealt with a difficult problem effectively and sent me on my way in a very short time. I was informed of all charges and had other options presented. This shop is the best! No one compares in customer service. At the end of the day (a rare scorcher in the 90s in Santa Cruz), the whole front office staff was there to cheerfully hand over my keys and see me on my way. Our family thanks you immensely for all your great service and guidance!
