PERFECT! Got there at my scheduled appointment time for a smog check. They took my car right away. I waited in the waiting room, and 15-20 minutes later was paying a reasonable fee and was on my way. While in the waiting room I saw several interactions with customers, as well as being privvy to phone conversations going on, and was impressed with the professionalism, and willingness to acommodate customers' schedules.

Excellent. Top notch.I couldn't get all the recommended repairs done the day as I was in, kept the list but would have liked to have the estimates too, which were erased by the computer when I "declined."
