I brought my car in this morning because I needed a new battery right away. It was a last minute service request, I expected I’d probably need to have a coffee somewhere and come back in an hour or two. Instead, the entire visit took less than 20 minutes. I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks very much for the immediate attention I received, and also to say that Fyi and I have greatly appreciated your EXCELLENT service and professionalism through all the years, we have depended on you to keep our cars on the road and in good working order.
