The guys at Bobby's Pit Stop have fantastic customer service. We took our Trailblazer in a few weeks ago with a very difficult problem to find. The diagnostic tests took longer than expected so they rented us a car on their dime. Once the problem was discovered, YIKES... a few parts on the transmission broken which ultimately meant we needed a new transmission. After dropping off the car for repair, within 24 hours they had replaced the transmission. These guys use fantastic vendors for parts, they know their stuff and they are reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them for feature maintenance.

I live on the Peninsula and use to take my Acura to the dealerships in Silicon Valley-San Jose area. Then someone recommended i drive all the way over the hill to 'Bobby's Pit Stop' in Santa Cruz, Ca. I said 'it is too far !!' until i tried it, and now i won't take my very expensive but low maintenance Honda-Acura anywhere else !! They are polite, professional, efficient, and very competitively priced/beat almost anyone else's prices !! I usually book in advance for 'one day service' so i can shop the Capitola Mall and eat while i wait, even go down to the beach. Only once did they find a part that they could not get that day, and it took days, but i still saved lots of money; Used a rental car. I change my own oil and filters at 3000, but Bobby's does all my major tune-ups and few breakdowns. Thank you Guys !!

These guys know their stuff and looked out for my best interest when my transmission was giving me problems. The dealer quoted me over $800 for a laundry list of repairs. Bobby's guys diagnosed it w/ one problem and it saved me over $600. These guys are not only great in what they do, they're also a good looking crew.
